24-hour docking assistance, 365 days a year
At Loano the marina staff is available for docking assistance, helping you enter and leave your berth, and for any problem you may have with your boat or yacht, berth and associated services. Assistance may be requested at any time, even by VHF radio or telephone.

Dock utility pedestals
Our pedestals supply water and electricity with 16 amps single-phase up to 150 amps three-phase outlets. The pedestals are connected to the black water draining system and have satellite TV and broadband internet sockets. Utility supply is measured by a transponder allowing pay-per-use billing, which reduces energy consumption and grants a fairer charging system.
-
Sewage disposal
In most berths sewage disposal is done through the pedestals. Only the 8m to 10m floating docks rely on a different sewage disposal system. Once treated, black waters are released into the main sewage system.

Toilets and showers
The Marina di Loano docks provide pleasure boaters and the public with bathroom and showering facilities within 200m from each berth. Designed as individual ‘bathing booths’, each unit contains all personal hygiene facilities and grant exceptional comfort and privacy standards for a public site. The high standards of the fittings are those commonly seen in private homes and the additional facilities (such as chill-out areas and saunas) provide exclusive first-class service standards.
-
CCTV surveillance
Marina di Loano has a CCTV surveillance system active 24 hours a day, monitoring all access routes into the marina and to the berths, including the port mouth and the marina’s focal areas. However, privacy of the individual berths is safeguarded and access to CCTV videos is only granted by Police forces upon specific and motivated request. To guarantee the safety of the visiting boats, private warnings can also be sent to the marina’s control tower.
-
Moorings control
Every morning our highly-qualified staff complete an inspection tour to verify that no danger is posed to the boats moored on the docks. However, it is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the ship owner to safely moor the boat and to verify the safety of the moorings.
