Founded in 1989, Progestim S.p.A. and Lombarda S.p.A joined the Fondiaria-SAI Group in 2005. As part of the Group’s wider real estate activities, the company specialises in marina design, development and management. It also holds the concession for the expansion and management of the Loano marina.
