Marina di Loano S.p.A., established in 1989, is a company subject to the direction and coordination of Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. and part of the Unipol Insurance Group registered in the National Register of Insurance Groups at n. 046.

In the broader real estate activities of the Group, Marina di Loano S.p.A. deals prevalently with  design, construction and management of tourist ports and is the owner of the state concession of the Port of Loano.

Marina di Loano is part of the Unipol Group.

Charter of values and code of ethics​

The Charter of Values and Code of Ethics, approved by the Board of Directors of Marina di Loano S.p.A. with a resolution on the 9th of March 2016, contains a series of principles of conduct that the Company and the Unipol Group recognise as their own and for which they call upon all those (corporate bodies, employees, partners etc.) who cooperate in the pursuit of corporate purposes to observe. Accessibility, Foresight, Respect, Solidarity and Responsibility: these are the five values we are committed to every day and that are at the basis of our Code of Ethics.
