INTRODUCTION

Dear User,

this Privacy Policy is provided to you in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation 2016/679/EU - on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter also referred to as ‘the Regulation’ or ‘GDPR’).

In this Privacy Policy you will find information about the processing of your personal data resulting from your browsing of the web pages and use of the services made available to you through the website. DEFINITIONS

Privacy Regulations: The GDPR, the Privacy Code, the Guarantor's Provisions and all legislation in general on the protection of indi- viduals with regard to the processing of Personal Data. GDPR or Regulation: European Union Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the pro- cessing of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation) Personal Data: Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person. In addition to the data provided by the User by means of forms within the individual Web Service areas, this also includes data relating to the User's browsing. Data subject: The identified or identifiable natural person to whom the Personal Data refer. Browsing data: In the course of their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Web Services acquire certain data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected for the purpose of being associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could allow, through pro- cessing and combining with data held by third parties, the identification of users. However, if the browsing session takes place after accessing the Secure Area (after logging in), the data collected are associated with the User's personal account.

Browsing data includes:

·IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users to connect to the site;

·the addresses of the requested resources in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) format;

·the time of the request;

·the method used to submit the request to the server;

·the size of the file obtained in response;

·the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.);

·other parameters relating to the User's operating system and computer environment.

Data provided by the User:These are the data that the User voluntarily and knowingly transmits by sending communications (e.g. e- mails, to the addresses present within the web domain) or by filling in forms, if present within the spaces provided by the Services.

The Data provided by the User are only those strictly necessary for the purposes pursued by the Services on a case-by-case basis (for precise information about the categories of data collected in each case, please refer to the relevant individual privacy policies). By way of example, such data may include:

·     contact details (e.g., e-mail address);

·     data referring to the contractual position of the User-Customer;

· geolocation data (if the User has consented to the collection of location data);

· data concerning the use of the individual Services made available to the User;

·facts and events communicated by the User in his/her messages (in this regard, and for his/her own protection, the User is advised not to provide information that is not strictly relevant to the subject of the request and the nature of the Services provided by the Company).

Data Controller or Controller:: The person who decides on the purposes and methods of Personal Data processing. With regard to the Web Services, it is the company Unipol Group to which this site refers and whose details can be found at the bottom of each page.

Services or Web Services:  The services provided via the Internet, used on the website and/or on any APPS.

User:: The data subject (natural person) who browses, consults, accesses or uses the Web Services.

DPO: The Data Protection Officer. The Data subject user may request further information about the processing of Personal Data or exercise his/her rights by contacting the DPO in the manner and form indicated in the section 'How to exercise rights and/or request information on processing'.

Privacy Guarantor:The Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, i.e. the Italian national data protection supervisory authority. Consult the website of the Privacy Guarantor.

Cookies: Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your device (e.g., in your browser's memory) when you visit a website or use a web application.

The aforementioned data shall not be disclosed but may become known by employees of our Company specifically authorised to process them. They may also be acquired and/or processed by other Unipol Group companies Gruppo Unipol​. Processing operations may be carried out by external parties to which we entrust the performance of activities on our behalf, and with which we enter into special agreements governing the processing of data.

Finally, the data may be disclosed to public authorities or law enforcement agencies at their express request. The processing of Personal Data is always subject to the adoption of appropriate security measures to guarantee the confidentiality, availability and integrity of the data.

RIGHTS OF THE USER (AS DATA SUBJECT)

The Privacy Regulations (Articles 15-22 of the Regulation) grant the User, as the Data Subject, the right to access the data concerning him/her, and to have them rectified and/or supplemented, deleted or transferred. The Privacy Regulations also give the User the right to request the restriction of data processing and to object to data processing, as well as the possibility to withdraw any consent given (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point).

·the Personal Data have been unlawfully processed;

· the Personal Data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation imposed by Union or Member State leg- islation to which the data controller is subject

·the User has objected to the processing, whilst awaiting verification as to whether the data controller's legitimate reasons prevail over those of the data subject
