Marina di Loano Winter Championship: all the winners awarded at the end of the regattas

7/23/2021

The second edition of the Marina di Loano Winter Championship, which saw 36 boats at the start, ended on the weekend of 22 and 23 February. The event is organised by Circolo Nautico Loano, Circolo Nautico del Finale, CNAM Alassio, with the support and collaboration of Marina di Loano and Yacht Club Marina di Loano and Balbi Nautica, sponsor of the event.

Three races were held over the two days, two on Saturday and one on Sunday, which made it possible to define the final classification and the winners in the various classes. On the evening of Saturday 22 February, the organisers offered participants a dinner and a party with music that involved all the crews. The award ceremony took place on Sunday 23 February at the end of the regattas.

The Director of Marina di Loano, Uberto Paoletti, who did the honours, after the customary thanks, underlined the success of this second edition, which saw the number of participants double compared to the 2018/19 edition.
Paoletti, at the end of his speech, gave an appointment to the crews for 26 October for the third edition of the Championship that will take place on the following dates: 24–25 October; 8–9 November; 29–29 November; 9–10 January 2021; 23–24 January 2021; 6–7 February 2021; 20–21 February 2021.
