Great music lands in Loano
From the 20th to the 22nd of July Marina di Loano will host “CUBO Live. Locations, ideas, voices and events”, the new travelling review of live performances sponsored by CUBO, the business museum of the Unipol Group that will be held across the country in four particularly interesting places: in addition to Marina di Loano, Bologna, Milan and Versilia. The fantastic backdrop of the Marina di Loano Yacht Club will host three different events with different genres of music to suit all tastes.
The first event is on Tuesday 20th of July at 21:00 with Yamandu Costa featuring Martin Sued, top class names in the music industry with two great South American musicians, one from Brazil and the other from Argentina. An exciting and virtuous journey through original songs, Latin American composers with tango and Choro tunes.
The fun continues on Wednesday the 21st of July at 21:00 with the duo Igudesman & Joo, the first on the violin and the second on the piano. These two artists are engaged in the very difficult task of making fun of the stereotypes of concert halls and breaking down barriers in music.
The party ends on Thursday the 22nd of July at 21:00 with Alijazzeera featuring Frankie HI-Nrg Mc and Giorgio Li Calzi. A different kind of jazz band alongside a pioneer of rap for a journey full of musical mixes, rhyming dissonances and geographical short circuits.
Events in the “CUBO Live” festival will be open to the public in compliance with regulations on safety and social distancing. All events are free with reservations required on cubounipol.it. To allow all interested parties to participate the events will also be streamed on the CUBO site and social media channels.
